Mary Jane Armstrong is a speaker, leadership trainer, and board-certified Christian counselor with decades of experience equipping churches and ministry leaders. Since entering ministry in 1987, she has been passionate about helping leaders lead from a place of emotional, spiritual, and relational health.
She is the founder of Brave Enough to Change, a nonprofit and LLC providing counseling, coaching, and leadership training through a trauma-informed, faith-based model currently serving multiple churches. Mary speaks nationally and internationally, including women’s conferences in South Africa, and is known for combining depth, clarity, and authenticity.
