Time Alone with God

Meditation

To pause and rest knowing God is control. To pause and quieten yourself and allow the Spirit to breathe peace over your troubled and/or wearied soul. To be still and KNOW God. Places us in a place of peace. Places us in a “GREEN SPACE” where we can sense, hear, and be with God.

What to Do

  1. Find a quiet place - a “garden spot.”

  2. Sit or lay down in a resting position.

  3. Play the music and take 5 minutes and allow the tension to be released from every part of your body.

  4. Imagine the Lord walking into your presence and sitting with you.

  5. Meditate on the Scriptures in the video or a favorite life verse.

  6. Be quiet and listen - expect the Spirit to speak and log it into your journal after you are done.
